What are my meals that helped me achieve my dream physique?

You all are thinking that I ate something very expensive and something different that you can’t have, but on a serious note this is all I ate.

You think that dieting is something very hard and tasteless but… its very easy and mouth watering at the same time. I had zero issues while eating all this for more than 3 years now.

I know that you still thinks that I did very hard things and I have a personal trainer as well BUT….

I just did simple things for a long period of time + all these supplements helped a lot, for example I know my body needs protein to burn fat so, I just ate HIGH PROTEIN meals for 3+ years, This is not a rocket science.

It is so easy that anyone can do it but…. You have to do it CONSISTENLTY to get the expected results and for Training I had a Home gym setup nothing like “PERSONAL TRAINER”.
